ma71 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ma71", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ma71 platform, accessible at ma71.io, and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the ma71 platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the ma71 registration process.
• "Platform" means the ma71 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated software, services, content, and features accessible at ma71.io.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance associated with a Player's Account, reflecting available funds for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by ma71.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Service, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS).
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive currency used on the ma71 Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and related features offered through the ma71 Platform.

Use of the ma71 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended ma71 Account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of ma71 or its affiliated service providers.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and MFS account details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

ma71 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, attempting to open, or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified, ma71 reserves the right to merge or close all associated Accounts and to void all related balances, bets, and winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your ma71 Account and not reuse it across other services.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ma71 support immediately at support@ma71.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

ma71 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment details via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ma71 support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered MFS account, subject to standard verification checks.

All deposits on the ma71 Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), and other methods as listed in the ma71 cashier at the time of deposit.
• Processing time: Deposits via MFS are typically credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Delays may occasionally occur due to network conditions outside ma71's control.
• Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools in the Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ma71 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered Player, it will be returned to the source and the associated ma71 Account may be suspended pending investigation.

ma71 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ma71's control. Please check your MFS provider's current fee schedule before depositing.

Players may request withdrawal of verified real-money funds from their ma71 Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are returned to the same MFS account used for the Player's most recent deposit. ma71 does not process withdrawals to bank accounts, third-party accounts, or different MFS providers without prior verification of identity.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. Players who have not previously completed full verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed.

Bonus Funds and winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. The ma71 cashier displays current Wagering Requirement progress for active bonuses.

ma71 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing charges levied by your MFS provider are outside ma71's control. Withdrawals that cannot be completed due to MFS account closure, incorrect account details, or other reasons attributable to the Player will be credited back to the Player's ma71 Wallet pending correction of the details.

ma71 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above with a verified Account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate Accounts created to claim additional bonuses will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent Account closure.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met Wagering Requirements within the stated period will expire automatically.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount credited unless otherwise specified. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x Wagering Requirement requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is activated.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while certain live casino games, table games, or sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are displayed within the relevant bonus terms at the time of each offer.
• ma71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes to the offer terms after the bonus has been credited.

By participating in any game or betting market on the ma71 Platform, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ma71 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the event of a verifiable technical error on the Platform side, or where a sporting event is abandoned or voided under standard industry rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market and may vary by game type, product, or Player account status.
• ma71 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all RNG-based games, including slots, dice, and virtual games. Live casino games are operated using hardware and software from globally recognised providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets on ma71 is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be permanently closed and all associated balances voided.
• Match fixing, collusion between Players, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of a game or betting market is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the ma71 server log constitutes the definitive record. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as evidence of a different outcome.

ma71 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is designed for adult entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the ma71 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and are processed within 24 hours of the request.

ma71 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where patterns of play suggest that gambling may be causing harm, without requiring consent from the Account holder. These measures are taken in good faith to protect Player welfare.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ma71 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering for a ma71 Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ma71 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of Platform services. ma71 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard data protection practices to safeguard all Player information.

All communications from ma71 to Players will be sent to the email address or mobile number registered on the Account. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. ma71 is not liable for any consequence of communications failing to reach you due to outdated contact details.

All content on the ma71 Platform — including but not limited to the ma71 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game assets, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ma71 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ma71 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ma71 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ma71 software.
• Create derivative works based on ma71 content or branding.
• Use the ma71 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of ma71 intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate Account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ma71 and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the ma71 Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if ma71 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ma71's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, MFS provider downtime, or natural disasters.
• Any decisions made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ma71's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ma71 Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ma71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaged in match fixing, collusion, use of automated betting tools, bonus abuse, or any other conduct intended to defraud ma71 or other Players.
• Opened or operated multiple Accounts.
• Accessed the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Engaged in any conduct that is illegal under applicable law.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, ma71 reserves the right to void all balances, bets, and winnings within that Account and to refuse future registration applications from the same individual.

Where an Account is closed at ma71's discretion for commercial or operational reasons unrelated to Player conduct, any verified real-money balance in the Player's Wallet will be returned to the Player's registered MFS account within ten (10) business days.

ma71 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ma71 will notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For minor or non-material changes, ma71 may update the Terms without advance notice, with the change taking effect upon publication on this page.

The date at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the ma71 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ma71 recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it at least once every three months.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ma71 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and expects Players to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction when accessing the Platform.

Any dispute between a Player and ma71 that cannot be resolved informally through ma71 customer support should be submitted in writing to support@ma71.io. ma71 will endeavour to respond to formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
